[Audio Transcription]: Hi, my name's [PERSON], and I'm a licensed pilot. I've been a pilot for about 15 years. During the date and time listed, I was on my lunch break at Jelldwen, a window company in Ringtown, Pennsylvania. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot with my two coworkers. I noticed something out of the corner of my left eye, looked up at a cloud and noticed a dark small, or, but just hanging, motionless in the sky over this cloud. The weather was nice that day. There were cumulus clouds about 7,000 or 8,000 feet above ground level. This object appeared to be about 1,000 to 1,200 feet in the sky. It had no relative movement, and it just hung there. It wasn't changing in size, it wasn't flapping wings, it wasn't moving, and the winds were very strong that day. I called the attention of my two coworkers that were in the vehicle with me, and they saw it and thought that it looked weird also. Shortly after we were all looking at it, it quickly descend and distanced itself from us on a descending, diagonal path across the sky. I fly drones and have flown model airplanes for a long time as a hobby, and descended at a rate greater than any commercial drone that I could think of that would be available to the public.
