I was talking on my phone on the 30th floor of an apartment building on 4th Ave and looking NE (towards South Lake Union). I saw a passenger jet, then a float plane… and then a round silver ball following the float plane. This lasted maybe 6-8 seconds. I was trying to comprehend what I saw and can only explain it as a UAP.
