At the Santa Clause parade when the red orb was spotted over the houses/tree line. It came into sight, stopped, hovered, and changed direction multiple times. I started recording for the second half of the sighting. Drones not allowed in the area(unless special permission is given) as it’s a flight path for the airport and planes are always flying very low over head.
